- Lập kế hoạch phát hành và vận hành sản phẩm game theo từng thị trường.
- Quản lý ngân sách user acquisition và tối ưu ROAS theo tuần.
- Phối hợp với studio và đối tác nền tảng để chuẩn bị nội dung ra mắt.
- Phân tích dữ liệu người chơi, đề xuất cải tiến vòng đời sản phẩm.
- Xây dựng và nuôi dưỡng cộng đồng người chơi trên các kênh social.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2+ năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành game hoặc digital marketing hiệu suất.
- Hiểu các chỉ số vận hành game: retention, ARPU, LTV, ROAS.
- Kinh nghiệm với các nền tảng quảng cáo và công cụ attribution.
- Đam mê game và nắm bắt nhanh xu hướng cộng đồng.
- Kỹ năng phối hợp đa bên và làm việc theo tiến độ ra mắt sản phẩm.
