Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack web applications from end to end. Build scalable APIs (Node.js) and responsive user interfaces (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js). Manage databases (MongoDB), integrate third-party APIs, and optimize system performance. Own feature lifecycles, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior developers. What you will do
- Plan publishing and live operations for our titles market by market.
- Manage user acquisition budgets and optimise ROAS on a weekly cycle.
- Coordinate with studios and platform partners on launch content.
- Analyse player data and propose product lifecycle improvements.
- Build and nurture player communities across social channels.
What we look for
- 2+ years in gaming or performance-focused digital marketing.
- Comfortable with core game metrics: retention, ARPU, LTV, ROAS.
- Experience with ad platforms and attribution tooling.
- Genuine interest in games and fast read on community trends.
